Decorate with paper leaves

Oggi iniziamo la settimana con un progetto diy! Benchè da queste parti ieri le temperature hanno permesso di stare ancora al mare in costume, c'è tanta  voglia di autunno e passeggiate in mezzo agli alberi!

Today we begin the week with a diy project! Though these parts yesterday the temperatures have allowed to be still at sea in swimsuit, there is a great desire to fall and walks among the trees!

Durante una delle nostre passeggiate al laghetto, ho raccolto delle foglie di quercia. Poi su un foglio  ho steso la tempera acrilica molto diluita con delle pennellate veloci; una volta asciutto il colore ho fatto il contorno di diverse foglie con la matita e le ho ritagliate. Se avete poca dimestichezza con la forbice, semplificate la forma, l'effetto sarà comunque naturale!

During one of our walks to the pond, I collected oak leaves. Then I have stretched out on a sheet acrylic diluted paint with quick brush strokes, and once the color is dry, I made the outline of different leaves with pencil and I've crop them. If you are unfamiliar with the scissors, simplified form, the effect will still be natural!

Con queste foglie di carta potete personalizzare confezioni di marmellata...

With these leaves of paper you can customize packages of jam ...

 ... creare atmosfera decorando un vasetto di vetro con una tealight...

... create atmosphere decorating a glass jar with a tealight ...

... o come nella foto di apertura, preparare un pacchetto regalo!
Usando le tempere acriliche o se preferite gli acquerelli, potrete realizzare delle foglie di carta in base al colore che preferite, e sicuramente saranno più resistenti di una fogli secca, che facilmente si può spezzare.

Using acrylic or watercolors if you prefer, you can realize the leaves of paper according to the color that you prefer and certainly will be more resilient to a dry leaf, which can easily be broken.

Ma la cosa più importante, è non dimenticarsi di mettere amore, in quello che facciamo!

DIY: make a moodboard!

Buon Lunedì a tutti! Una nuova settimana è iniziata, le cose da fare sono tante ed il tempo per farle... Vola via in un attimo!
Oggi voglio condividere con voi la mia moodboard, che non è altro che un modo divertente ed immediato per raccogliere le idee, i colori e le ispirazioni del momento.

Happy Monday to everyone! A new week has begun, are so many things to do and the time to do them ... Fly away in an instant! 
Today I will share with you my moodboard, which is nothing more than a fun and immediate way to collect ideas, colors and inspirations of the moment.

Eccola per intero! Ci sono un po' di cose che ho raccolto nei giorni passati,  foglie, piume, le ortensie che diventano color ruggine... Qualche ritaglio di colore, paper cut, tags, qualche immagine di vecchie riviste... E naturalmente... Washi tapes!! ;)

Here it is entirely! There are a little things that I have collected in the past days, leaves, feathers, hydrangeas that become rust-colored ... Some color cutout, paper cut, tags, some image of old magazines... And naturally... Washi tapes!! ;)

Ieri qui ha piovuto ed ho bevuto la mia prima tazza di tè, così mi è venuta voglia di verdi bosco e  ciclamini... E anche se oggi c'è di nuovo caldo, io sono già proiettata verso l'autunno!

Yesterday here it rained from me and I have drunk my first cup of tea, so I felt like forest green and cyclamen ... And although today's new warm, I'm already projected into fall!

Ho voluto cambiare la palette dei colori che uso, volevo che fosse meno chiassosa e soprattutto, più personale possibile.
E voi? Avete cambiato il colore di qualche stanza? O avete ridipinto qualche mobile?
No, perchè a me capita spesso di ricolorare questo o quello! :-P

I wanted to change the color palette that I use, I wanted it to be less noisy and more importantly, as personal as possible. 
And you? Have you changed the color of some room? Or do you have repainted some furniture? 
No, because it's common for me to recolor this or that! :-P
