At home for XMAS

Per tanto tempo mi sono sempre rifugiata nel web per trovare persone con le mie stesse passioni e che hanno scelto la creatività per esprimersi e realizzarsi...
Ma finalmente queste ragazze sono vicino a me, le posso abbracciare, posso ridere e confrontarmi con loro... Non c'è gioia più grande di ritrovarsi intorno ad un tavolo e fare quello che più ci diverte: creare (e chiaccherare ininterrottamente!!)... : D
Sto parlando di Manuela, Sara e Anabella, 3 ragazze solari, dolcissime, che come me sono mamme, e che hanno sempre in mente qualcosa da fare!!

For a long time I have always gone back to the web to find people with my same interests and who have chosen creativity to express and to realize themselves... 
But finally, these girls are close to me, I can embrace, I can laugh and work with them... There is no greater joy than to meet around a table and do what we enjoy most: create (and chatting non-stop!)... : D
I'm talking about Manuela, Sara and Anabella, 3 solar girls, very sweet, then like me who are moms, and then always in their mind have something to do!!

Il Natale è alle porte... Per noi significa stare insieme, a casa, circondati dalle persone che amiamo: è nato così "At home for XMAS", un progetto per condividere con voi le nostre idee e decorazioni per una festa così magica e speciale come il Natale.

Garland with scraps and cutouts

Oggi è una giornata grigia  e piovosa, la casa è buia e a farmi compagnia c'è la musica, sempre, ed il mio micio Sushi acciambellato.
Tra qualche ora i miei bambini usciranno da scuola e per la nostra merenda ho preparato delle crostatine con le mele (sono in forno, se poi le volete vedere seguitemi su Instagram!)

Today is a gray, rainy day, the house is dark and keep me company there are the music, always, and my cat Sushi curled up. 
In a few hours my children will come back to school and for our afternoon break I made tarts with apples (they are in the oven, if you want to see then follow me on Instagram!)

Lo sapete che ho uno scatolone pieno di ritagli?! Conservo tutto, cartoncini minuscoli di ogni colore, ritagli, piccoli paper cut non utilizzati... Non mi chiedete perchè, prima o poi mi inventerò qualcosa per utilizzarli tutti insieme e fare finalmente un po' di pulizia e spazio >:-), ma intanto vi mostro un progetto semplice e veloce per portare un po' di colore ed allegria in giornate come queste! :)

Did you know that I have a box full of scraps?! I keep everything, tiny cardboards of each color, cutouts, small paper cut unused ... Don't ask me why, sooner or later I will invent something to use them all together and finally do some cleaning and space >:-), but in the meantime I'll show you a quick and easy project to bring a little color and cheerfulness on days like these! :)

Prendete quello che avete a portata di mano, delle mollettine, un po' di spago e due pezzetti di washi tape: attaccate e appuntate liberamente lasciandovi guidare dalle forme e dai colore che più sentite vostri, senza eccedere con troppe tonalità... Sovrapponete, scambiate, divertitevi: vedrete che con poco otterrete molto, e questo vi renderà felici! :)

Take what you have on hand, the small clips, a bit of twine and two pieces of washi tape: attacked and pinned freely letting yourselves be guided by the shapes and color that you feel yours, without overdoing too many shades ... Overlap, exchanged, have fun and you will see that you will get with very little, and this will make you happy! :)

Little paper garland

Ma quanti giorni è che non aggiorno il blog? Troppi!! ;)
Sono davvero molto impegnata, ma avevo voglia di fare una ghirlanda! (Un'altra?!?)
Questa, a differenza delle solite, ha gli elementi molto piccoli e distanti tra loro, risultando così più delicata e leggera.

But how many days is that I do not update the blog? Too many! ;) 
I'm really busy, but I wanted to make a garland! (Another?!?) 
This, unlike the usual, has the elements very small and far between, making it more delicate and light.

Per realizzarla ho utilizzato del filo di cotone per il cucito, cartoncini colorati e a fantasia, fustelle a cerchio da 1 e 2,5 cm, fustella a stella. Il filo passa tra due elementi incollati tra loro.
Tempo, tempo, datemi del tempo!

To realize it I used cotton yarn for sewing, colored and patterned, circle punches 1 and 2,5 cm, star punch. The wire passes between two elements glued together.
Time, time, give me some time!
