Sweet of the weekend: pears tart

Una torta? Sì, oggi una torta! :)
Forse molte di voi non lo sanno, ma appena nato questo blog era pensato per contenere quello che è la mia vita, cioè non solo "carta" ;) ma anche le mie passioni per la cucina e la cura delle piante...
Visto che ultimamente sto usando poco la macchina fotografica, visto che in genere, ogni venerdì, preparo un dolce per il weekend, ho pensato di proporvi una rubrica, che avrà cadenza appunto ogni venerdì (spero di tutte le settimane!), e che vi mostrerà quello che preparo per me e per i miei bambini, molto felici di collaborare nella preparazione del dolce in questione e poter mescolare, mettere farina (farina, farina, ancora farina! ;D ) e fare formine con la pastafrolla...

A cake? Yes, a cake today! :) 
Perhaps many of you don't know it, but when this blog was born, it just thought to contain what is my life, that is not only "paper"), but also my passion for cooking and care of plants ... 
Given that lately I'm not much using the camera, sgiven that in general, every Friday, I prepare a cake for the weekend, I thought I'd offer a column, which will be held every note every Friday (I hope every week!), and it will show you what I prepare for myself and for my children, very happy to collaborate in the preparation of the sweet in question and be able to mix, put flour (flour, meal, flour yet!;D) and make molds with the short pastry...

Naturalmente sono dei post senza nessuna pretesa, credo che l'offerta di ricette sia più che ricca nel web!! Per me è un modo per fare esercizio con la macchina fotografica, per voi spero sia un piacere passare di qua per vedere cosa combino...! ;)

Of course they are posts without any pretense, I think the offer of recipes is more than rich in the web!! For me it is a way to get exercise with the camera, for you I hope it is a pleasure go here to see what I combine...! ;)

Ma veniamo al dunque!! E' una crostata, pastafrolla classica, il ripieno invece è un composto di pere a pezzetti, amaretti sbriciolati, uvetta e cannella, buccia di limone. Per il topping abbiamo della farina di mandorle mescolata con poco burro e zucchero a velo, poi ancora farina di mandorle spolverizzata dopo la cottura.
E' una torta decisamente autunnale, ricca, profumata... Golosa! :) Perfetta con il tè.
Non mi resta che augurarvi un dolce weekend! ^^

But let's go !! It's a tart, classic short pastry, the stuffing instead is a mixture of chopped pears, crushed amaretti biscuits, raisins and cinnamon, lemon peel. For the topping we have almond flour mixed with a little butter and powdered sugar, almond flour dusted then again after cooking. 
It's a cake decidedly autumnal, rich, fragrant... :) Perfect with tea. 
It remains for me to wish you a sweet weekend! ^^

Paper roses bridal bouquet

Buongiorno! Come vi ho scritto nel post precedente, nelle passate settimane ho preparato un bouquet da sposa e adesso che il matrimonio è stato celebrato, ve lo mostro!

Good morning! As I wrote in my previous post, the past few weeks I made a bridal bouquet and now that the wedding was celebrated, I'll show you!

Ogni rosellina è interamente ritagliata ed assemblata a mano, i fiori risultano quindi sempre leggermente diversi dall'altro, donando un effetto naturale...

Each little rose is cut out and assembled entirely by hand, the flowers are therefore always slightly different from the other, giving a natural effect...
 

Sono stati scelti colori dall'azzurro al blu per richiamare altri elementi che caratterizzavano la cerimonia, ma ovviamente non potevano mancare dei tocchi avorio!


They were chosen colors from light blue to blue to bring other elements that characterized the ceremony but... of course they could not miss some ivory touches!

Qui un dettaglio nella base, un fiocco in raso e una rosellina.

Here a detail in the base, a satin bow and a little rose.

My workspace today

Ragazze... Finalmente riesco a scrivere un post... Ultimamente la mia vita è particolarmente intensa e non riesco a dare spazio o a fare tutto, anche perchè ci sono priorità come stare con i miei bambini, imprescindibili... Tanto più da mamma single.
Nelle scorse settimane mi è arrivata una proposta di lavoro molto importante: ho accettato, ma questo ha voluto dire lavorare giorno e notte (finchè resistevo :-P) e concentrarsi unicamente sul lavoro...

Girls ... Finally I can write a post ... Lately my life is particularly intense and I can not give space or do anything, because there are also priorities like being with my kids, which are essential ... Especially since I'm a single mum. 
In recent weeks I have received a job offer very important: I agree, but this meant working day and night (as long I resisted:-P) and focus solely on the job...

I tempi di consegna erano molto stretti, e a malincuore ho dovuto disdire il workshop organizzato con Manuela, non mi sono connessa per quasi 2 settimane e mi scuso con tutti se in questo tempo non sono stata molto "social"... Ma ho dovuto dare il massimo, e quando finalmente potrò mostrarvi il risultato, spero che apprezzerete, e che capirete... ;)

The delivery times were very tight, and I had to cancel the workshop organized with Manuela, I have not connected for almost 2 weeks and I apologize if all this time I was not very "social"... But I had to give the maximum, and when I can finally show you the result, I hope that you will enjoy, and you will understand... ;)

Quasi contemporaneamente ho consegnato un bouquet di rose di carta (nel prossimo post! ;) ), un cake topper personalizzato, e adesso... Mi ritrovo con tutti i disegni per la scuola in arretrato!!
Ecco, quando qualcuno si chiede come faccio a fare tutto, no, non ce la faccio a fare tutto! :-P

Almost at the same time I handed a bouquet of paper roses (in the next post!;) ), a custom cake topper, and now... I find myself with all the drawings for the school in arrears!!  
That is, when someone asks how do I do it all, no, I can't do everything! :-P

Poi però scatta quella voglia di riordinare le cose ed anche un po' la testa, fermarsi e rilassarsi... Ed il modo migliore per me è stare seduta a questo tavolo, pensare a nuove cose da realizzare, circondarmi di colore e cose che mi ispirano e... Questo mi fa stare bene.

Then however snaps that desire to tidy things up, and even a little the mind, stop and relax... And the best way for me is to sit at this table, thinking about new things to achieve, surround myself with color and things that inspire me and... This makes me feel good.

Sabato è venuta a trovarmi Anabella! :) Dovevamo uscire (la giornata era stupenda!), ma invece siamo state tutto il pomeriggio qui in studio a parlare di fotografia, blogging, progetti, futuro, libri, riviste... Non riuscivamo a fermarci! ^^
La prossima volta però oltre a parlare vedremo anche di fare qualche diy insieme!

Saturday is came to visit me Anabella! :) We had to get out (the day was gorgeous!), but instead we were all afternoon here in the studio to talk about photography, blogging, projects, future, books, magazines... We could not stop! ^^
The next time, however, in addition to speaking we will also make some diy together!

Le cose da fare in agenda sono tante... Sono passati tanti giorni senza la macchina fotografica in mano, senza aprire il blog, senza prendermi cura della mia casetta e del mio terrazzo...

The things to do are so many... It's been so many days without a camera in my hands, without opening the blog, without taking care of my home and my terrace...

Questo post doveva uscire ieri, e non ce l'ho fatta... Riparto da qui: dal mio tavolo, dai miei colori, dai miei sogni...
