Heart doilies garland

Quante ghirlande avrò fatto finora? :)
Non lo so, (dopo le conto! ;) ), ma non mi stancano mai, perchè sono facili da fare, divertenti, veloci, e con poco si rende accogliente qualsiasi angolo della casa!
Tra un po' si avvicina S.Valentino, e questi sottotorta a forma di cuore di Decochic, mi sembravano perfetti per preparare qualcosa a tema!

How many garlands I have done so far? :) 
I don't know, (after I count them! ;) ), bBut I never get tired, because they are easy to make, fun, fast, and makes little is cozy any corner of the house!
In a little Valentine's Day is approaching, and these heart doilies by Decochic, seemed perfect to prepare something themed!

Vi occorreranno pochissime cose!
-sottotorta Decochic (disponibili anche in rosa)
-spago bianco Decochic
-piccoli pezzetti di nastri di diverse tipologie
-forbice

You will need very few things! 
-doilies Decochic (also available in pink) 
-baker's twine Decochic 
-small pieces of ribbons of different types 
-scissor

Tagliate circa un metro di spago e fatelo passare attraverso i buchi in alto del cuore come vedete nella foto...

Cut about one meter of baker's twine and pass it through the holes in the top of the heart as you see in the pic...

Alternate i cuori delle due misure (nella confezione insieme ai classici sottotorta rotondi) e poi tra un doily e l'altro aggiungete dei pezzetti di nastro, così, in maniera molto libera e spontanea.

Alternate the hearts of the two measures (in the package along with the classic round doilies) and then between a doily and the other add bits of ribbon, so, in a very free and spontaneous way.

Fatto, la ghirlanda è pronta per essere appesa dove preferite!

Done, the garland is ready to hang wherever you like!

Amo questi colori messi insieme, e questi cuori sono così deliziosi che vorrei metterli in tutta casa!!!!

I libri dei piccoli #15

Buongiorno! Siamo alle porte del weekend, e visto che si prospetta un fine settimana tra pioggia e nuvole... Niente di meglio che passare un po' di tempo a leggere con i nostri bambini!
Oggi per la rubrica de I libri dei piccoli vi presento un libro molto carino...! "Al supermercato degli animali" edito da Topipittori (lo avrete capito che i loro libri sono una garanzia?!?)

Good Morning! We are near to the weekend, and saw that here in Italy promises 2 days of rain and clouds... Nothing better than spending a bit of time reading with our children! Today for column I libri dei piccoli (the books of the small) I present a very cute book...! "At the supermarket of the Animals" published by Topipittori (I have understood that their books are a guarantee?!?)

Quale mamma non ha avuto problemi con i propri bambini che non vogliono mangiare questo o quello??? Io ancora adesso faccio fatica con Sebastian a fargli mangiare tutto... Mi ricordo che ogni tanto prendevo questo libro, e durante il pasto glielo leggevo, lui si distraeva dal capriccio ed iniziava a mangiare... L'altro giorno l'ho rispolverato tra i vari libri della cameretta... E forse devo riiniziare a leggerglielo!!!
Voi riuscite a far mangiare tutto ai vostri figli? Di Giada non posso lamentarmi... E' una mangiona come me! ;) Con Seba invece... Com'è difficile!!! :-P

What mother hasn't had problems with their children who don't want to eat this or that ??? I even now I struggle with Sebastian to make him eat everything... I remember that sometimes I took this book, and I read it to him during the meal, he was distracted by the whim and began to eat... The other day I dusted it among the various books of the kids room... And maybe I have to re-start to read it!!!  
You managed to make eating all your children?Of Jade I can't complain... With Seba instead... What an effort!!! :-P

Il testo è semplice e in rima, tutto lo spazio è dedicata alle illustrazioni: è divertente commentare con i bambini cosa fa ogni animale, cosa compra, cosa gli piace mangiare... Il libro per me è sempre un ottimo strumento per parlare con i nostri piccoli anche delle esperienze quotidiane come quelle di fare la spesa e preparare qualcosa insieme!

The text is simple and in rhyme, all the space is dedicated to illustrations: is fun comment with the children what do each animal, what to buy, what they like to eat... The book for me is always a great way to talk to our little even of everyday experiences like those of grocery shopping and prepare something together!

  
Questo è per me l'ultimo libro che vi presento, ma la rubrica continua sul blog di Sara, che come me è grande appassionata di libri e libri illustrati, nonchè mamma di due cuccioli! :)

Flowers and SelfPackaging

Buon lunedì! E' ritornato il sole! :)
Da me le temperature sono sempre abbastanza miti... C'è già qualche fiore che sta spuntando nel mio terrazzo...! Ma in attesa della primavera sono passata dal fiorista e oggi con le scatoline di carta di SelfPackaging vi voglio proporre un modo semplice per comporre dei piccoli bouquet da portare in regalo ad un'amica, o per decorare la nostra tavola! :)

By me the temperatures are always quite mild... There is already some flowers that are popping up in my terrace...! But waiting for the spring I went to the florist and today with SelfPackaging paper boxes I want to propose an easy way to compose small bouquet to give to a friend, or to decorate our table! :)

Le cose che vi servono sono:
-scatoline, nastro, tags di SelfPackaging
-barattoli di vetro di recupero (da marmellate, yogurt, miele)
-fiori

The things you need are: 
-boxes, ribbon, tags of SelfPackaging 
-jars of recovery (from jams, yogurt, honey) 
-flowers

Prendete un vasetto di vetro, mettete dell'acqua ed iniziate ad inserire i fiori, poi aggiungete del verde, io ho preso alcuni rametti dalle mie piante aromatiche e dalla Veronica variegata.

Take a jar, put the water and started to put the flowers, then add the green, I took some twigs from my herbs and Veronica varied.

Quando siete soddisfatte della vostra composizione vi basterà inserire il vasetto di vetro all'interno della scatola, et voilà, fatto! :)

When you are satisfied with your composition you can just put the jar inside the box, and voila, done! :)

Se dovete fare un regalo, vi basterà aggiungere un nastro per dare un tocco speciale in più...
La praticità di questo progetto è che mettendo i fiori in un barattolo, che è un contenitore piccolo, potete ottenere una composizione ricca senza dover spendere troppo; se dovete creare diversi bouquet per decorare la tavola in qualche occasione le scatole di SelfPackaging sono un'ottima soluzione per coprire tutti i barattoli, cosa ne dite? Può essere una buona soluzione se dovete fare una festa!

If you need to make a gift, you can just add a ribbon to give a special touch...

The practicality of this project is that by putting the flowers in a jar, which is a small container, you can obtain a rich composition without having to spend too; if you need to create different bouquet to decorate the table on occasion SelfPackaging boxes are a great way to give to cover all the jars, what do you think? It can be a good solution if you need to have a party!

I really like to pull over the flowers with materials such as paper and twine...

Basta davvero poco per creare qualcosa di speciale e poetico...!
