Oggi torno a parlarvi nuovamente di Etsy Resolution!

Etsy Resolution è un programma studiato da Etsy per chi diventa un nuovo venditore della piattaforma; iscrivendosi, a partire dal 30 Gennaio 2017, direttamente nella propria casella di posta arriveranno 4 email che ci illustreranno come aprire ad avviare il nostro shop! Inoltre ci sarà un gruppo Facebook dove potremo condividere i nostri progressi, fare domande e avere dei feedback per ogni nostro dubbio o curiosità! :)
Come ogni altra risoluzione o impegno che si intende prendere con sè stessi, e qui devo dire che parlo gurdando per prima me!!, è necessaria la costanza e la ferma volontà.
Pensateci: quante volte iniziamo una cosa e non la portiamo a termine? Quante volte diciamo "da domani cambio" "da domani inizio" "da domani faccio" ecc. ecc.? Che cosa succede? Siamo fedeli al nostro impegno per i primi 15 giorni, un mese, e poi? Tutto come prima, o veniamo di nuovo investiti dai "doveri" della quotidianità, del lavoro stesso, del tempo passato a girovagare su Facebook ed Instagram, aggiungerei... :-P
Vi scrivo pensando a quello che è successo a me, riflettendo sulla mia esperienza.
Spesso ci lamentiamo che non abbiamo tempo, ed è vero, abbiamo tutti delle vite frenetiche tra lavoro, casa e famiglia. Ma il tempo bisogna VOLERLO trovare. Credetemi che se una cosa vi piace, lascerete indietro le altre per seguire la vostra passione. Se non accade, i motivi sono 2, la naturale pigrizia dell'essere umano ad un processo di cambiamento (pensate con quale ansia si affronta un trasloco, un cambio di lavoro, la dieta, lo spostamento in un'altra città e via dicendo, invece di concentrarsi su quante cose positive scaturiranno da questo!) oppure siete bloccati. Volete tanto una cosa e non la fate... Magari di questo ne parliamo in un altro post, se volete! ;)
Insomma non sono le capacità che ci mancano, spesso è la MOTIVAZIONE. In questi anni nel mio perscorso creativo mi sono resa conto di quanto questa sia fondamentale.
Un giorno, 5 anni fa mi sono svegliata e ho deciso di aprire un blog.
Senza sapere nulla. Nella casa in cui stavo in affitto non avevo internet e non avevo mai navigato tanto. Ho cambiato casa, avevo finalmente la rete e per caso durante una ricerca di lavoro sono capitata in un blog.
Mi ricordo molto chiaramente che il giorno in cui presi quella decisione mi dissi:"Voglio aprire un blog. E voglio che questo blog diventi GRANDE".
Lavoravo ancora solo come illustratrice ed i miei bambini erano molto piccoli. Era difficile, ma ogni giorno mi dedicavo al mio blog e a farlo crescere, così di giorno in giorno (e di notte in notte) leggevo e leggevo, lo miglioravo, facevo pratica con le foto, la scrittura, entravo in contatto con altre persone.
Ho investito tanto (ma tanto...) tempo e amore. E adesso il blog è cresciuto e continua a portarmi lavoro e proposte di collaborazioni, oltre che ad essere visitato e letto.
La stessa cosa è successo con il mio account di Instagram.
Perchè vi scrivo questo? Perchè se una cosa la vogliamo veramente, prima o poi la raggiungeremo.
Perchè adesso voglio che il mio negozio funzioni, perchè voglio che sia questa la mia fonte principale di guadagno, e fa niente se ci vorrà del tempo, ma l'ho deciso!
Vorrei che provaste tutti a fare un esercizio. Scrivete. Scrivete il vostro impegno con voi stessi, scrivete tutto quello che nascerà da questa decisione che avete intrapreso. Non solo vi aiuterà a fare più chiarezza tra i vostri pensieri, ma col passare del tempo vi aiuterà a capire se lo state rispettando o cos'altro è successo.
Per ottenere il massimo dal programma di Etsy Resolution dobbiamo quindi cercare di pianificare del tempo ogni settimana per leggere le lezioni, completare le attività ed entrare in contatto con gli altri partecipanti. Ricordiamoci che soprattutto parlando con altre persone che stanno compiendo il nostro cammino ci aiuterà ad avere meno paure di sbagliare o fallire ♥
Etsy Resolution ci darà tutte le basi necessarie affinchè la nostra sia un'attività di successo.
E noi? Lo vogliamo?! Ragazze, io sono stra carica e spero di avervi trasmesso la mia energia positiva e che davvero,
volere, è potere ♥

Like any other resolution or commitment that it intends to take with themselves, and here I must say that I speak to me!, it requires persistence and determination. Think about it: how many times we start something and not get it done? How many times we say "tomorrow change" "from tomorrow start" "I do tomorrow" and so on etc. etc.? What happens? We are faithful to our commitment for the first 15 days, a month, and then what? As usual, or we come again invested by the "duties" of everyday life, the same job, the time spent wandering around on Facebook and Instagram, I might add... :-P
I write thinking about what has happened to me, reflecting on my experience.We often complain that we have no time, and it's true, we all have busy lives between work, home and family. But the time you have to want to find. Believe me that if something you like, you will leave behind the others to follow your passion. If not, the reasons are two, the natural human laziness to a process of change (think how anxious you deal with a move, a job change, diet, moving to another city and so on, instead of focusing on how many positive things resulting from this!) or you're stuck. So you want something and not do it... Maybe we'll talk about in another post, if you want! ;)It's not the skills that we lack, often MOTIVATION. In these years in my creative way I realized how important this is.
One day, five years ago I woke up and I decided to start a blog.Without knowing anything. In the house where I was for rent I had no internet and I haven't been not much time on the web. I moved house, I finally had the network and by chance during a work search and I have happened in a blog.I remember very clearly the day when I took that decision I said to myself: "I want to start a blog. And I want that this blog become BIG."I'm still working only as an illustrator and my children were very small. It was hard, but every day I devoted myself to my blog and to make it grow, so from day to day (and night to night) I read and I read, I improved it, I practiced with pictures, writing, I came in contact with other people.I have invested so much (but much...) time and love. And now the blog has grown and continues to work and bring proposals for collaborations, as well as being visited and read.The same thing happened with my account of Instagram.Why do I write this? Because if one thing we really want to, sooner or later we will reach.Because now I want my shop functions, because I want to make this my main source of income, and does not matter if it will take time, but I've decided!
I wish all you tried to do an exercise. Write. Write down your commitment to yourself, write everything that will be born of this decision that you have undertaken. Not only it will help you make the most clarity to your thoughts, but over time will help you understand if you're observing or what has happened.
To get the most out of Etsy Resolution program so we have to try to schedule time each week to read lessons, complete tasks and to interact with other participants. Remember that above all talking to other people who are making our way will help us to have less fear of making mistakes or fail ♥
Etsy Resolution will give us all the necessary bases so that ours is a successful business.And us? We want it?! Girls, I feel full of charge and I hope I have passed my positive energy and that really,want is power ♥
