Buongiorno! Avete voglia di primavera, di fiori, di colore e calore? Io sì, un sacco! E se anche per voi è così non potete fare cosa migliore che immergervi nelle pagine di Blossom zine, la rivista green dove si parla di fiori, giardini, paesaggio, food e tanto altro in un modo diverso e nuovo e con splendide foto: scopritela, ci sono anche moltissimi contenuti interattivi!

Gusto Menta on Mollie Makes

C'era una volta un'illustratrice per l'infanzia. Che aveva voglia di dire al mondo (e a sè stessa) quanto fosse speciale, quanto potesse essere brava, che voleva quel posto che aveva sempre sognato nella sua testa, e nel suo cuore.
C'era una volta una donna che aveva perso di vista la cosa più grande. Il suo mondo interiore, la consapevolezza che dentro di sè accadono cose molto più interessanti che all'esterno.
Un giorno l'illustratrice ha aperto un blog. Non si sapeva bene per quale motivo, se per disegnare, giocare con la carta, comunicare con i mezzi migliori che ha a disposizione, che non sono certo la parola ed il linguaggio, ma i colori e le forme, le immagini. O più semplicemente, ha deciso di ascoltare quella voce che veniva dalla pancia. E "fare".
Il cammino per raggiungere quel posto, per me è ancora lungo, ma, lasciatemelo dire, questo che vedete è una delle cose più belle che potessero succedere: Gusto Menta è sul numero 62 di Mollie Makes, con l'art print dal colore più ardito che abbiamo utilizzato, il giallo. Federica ed io abbiamo rischiato... Ma le ricompense arrivano sempre nel momento e nella maniera meno inaspettati!

There once was an illustrator for children. She wanted to tell the world (and herself) how special she was, how could be good, she wanted that place she had always dreamed of in her head and in her heart.There was once a woman who had lost sight of the big thing. Her inner world, the knowledge that within themselves things happen much more interesting then out.One day, the illustrator has started a blog. No one knew exactly why, if to draw, play with the paper, communicate with the best means at its disposal, which are certainly not the word and language, but the colors and forms, images. Or more simply, she decided to listen that voice which came from the belly. And "do". 
The path to reach that place, for me it is still long, but let me tell you, you see this is one of the best things that could happen: Gusto Menta is on number 62 of Mollie Makes, with art print color bolder that we used, the yellow. Federica and I we risked... But the rewards always come at the time and in the least unexpected!

My essential for 2016

Mancano pochi giorni al Natale, ma io sono già proiettata per il 2016!! :)))
Non vedo l'ora che inizii l'anno nuovo... Sono alle porte già diverse novità, tanti progetti, tanti sogni, tante opportunità che non vorrei perdermi per via delle mie paure di "volare"...
Pubblico questo post perchè probabilmente il blog resterà fermo per tutte le vacanze, e allora vorrei condividere alcuni "piccoli strumenti" per aiutarmi a vivere appieno il 2016.
L'anno che ci lasciamo alle spalle, il 2015, è stato ricco di grandissimi cambiamenti e di esperienze. Anche quelle negative e dolorose mi hanno insegnato tanto, il mio atteggiamento di fronte alla vita è cambiato, e ho capito l'importanza di "fissare" ogni giorno tutto quello di bello che mi accade giornalmente, oltre a quello che "devo fare"... Vi faccio vedere "come" e "dove"! :)

Just a few days at Christmas, but I'm already projected for 2016 !! :))) 
Can't wait to the New Year beginnings... There are at the doors already several news, so many plans, so many dreams, so many opportunities that I wouldn't lose because of my fear of "flying"... 
Public this post because probably the blog will remain stop for all the holidays, and then let me share some "small tools" to help me fully enjoy 2016. 
The year that we leave behind, 2015, has been full of great changes and experiences. Even the negative and painful they taught me so much, my attitude towards life has changed, and I realized the importance of "fix" every day everything good that happens to me every day, in addition to what "I do." .. I'll show you "how" and "where"! :)

-Q&A a Day for Moms: A 5-year Journal: il tempo con i figli vola. Pare ieri che siano nati e invece mi ritrovo mia figlia che è già quasi alta come me...
Ho trovato questo libro, che poi è un diario, per puro caso, cercando non so che altro! Mi ha colpito la copertina, ma in realtà il concept del libro è fantastico: ogni giorno, si risponde ad una domanda che riguarda i propri figli, quali esperienze fanno, le loro emozioni... Così per 5 anni! Una bella sfida! Ma anche uno strumento fantastico per noi mamme, per poter ricordare quante cose accadono nella vita dei nostri figli e soprattutto, osservare cosa cambia di anno in anno! :)

-Vola in Alto: e vabbeh che l'ho disegnata io, però ci vuole! Un'agenda pensata per le blogger, che vi aiuti nella pianificazione dei vostri post, oppure semplicemente per appuntarvi in un unico posto tutto quello che vi piace del web: shop online, magazine, libri, siti, consigli... Cosa vi ispira oggi?!

-The Little Gratefulness Diary: uno dei tanti contenuti di un numero di Flow. Un piccolo quaderno dove scrivere giorno per giorno le piccole cose belle che vi succedono, e delle domande per focalizzavi sulla positività. Vi confido che già un anno prima avevo provato a tenere un diario di questo tipo, ma mi sembrava che non funzionasse, che "non mi succedesse niente"... Le cose succedono eccome, se liberiamo il nostro corpo dalle emozioni negative...! ;)

-Flow Diary 2016: per ultimo l'agenda, quella vera e propria, quella dove organizzare la giornata, ma non dimenticare di riflettere e sognare... Niente, appena mi è arrivata, me ne sono innamorata subito! E da questa settimana, posso già iniziare ad usarla!!

-Q&A a Day for Moms: A 5-year Journal: time with the children is fleeting. It seems yesterday that were born and instead I find my daughter who is already almost as tall as me ... 
I found this book, then that is a diary, purely by chance, trying not know what else! I hit the cover, but in reality the concept of the book is fantastic: every day, you answer a question about their children, which experiences they do, their emotions... So for five years! Quite a challenge! But also a great tool for mothers, to remember how many things happen in the lives of our children and, above all, to observe what changes from year to year! :) 

-Vola Alto: ok, and that I have designed myself, but it takes! An agenda designed for bloggers, which will aid in the planning of your posts, or simply clip out in one place everything that you enjoy the web: shop online, magazines, books, websites, advice... What inspires you today?! 

-The Little Gratefulness Diary: one of many contained in a number of Flow. A small notebook where you write a day-to-day small beautiful things that happen there, and questions to focus on the positive. We trust that a year before I tried to keep a journal of its kind, but it seemed to me that does not work, that "nothing happens to me" ... Things happen and how, if we free our body from negative emotions... ! ;)

-Flow Diary 2016: finally the agenda, the true, the one where you can organize your day, but don't forget to reflect and dream... No, as soon as I arrived, I fell in love right away! And this week, I can already start using it!!

Interview for Forage Paper Co.

Oggi mi sono svegliata felice! :)
Per diversi motivi, ma uno di questi sicuramente è stato trovare nella mia casella di posta l'email di Christina, che diceva che la mia intervista era online! :)
Ho conosciuto Christina attraverso Instagram: tempo fa sono stata taggata in una foto in cui veniva postata una mia illustrazione fatta con i cartoncini colorati, e insieme figuravano quelle di altri talentuosi artisti, tra cui proprio lei. Ho iniziato a seguirla, e lei ha seguito me; è stupendo come le connessioni arrivino con questa semplicità e spontaneità! Ammiro molto il suo lavoro :)
Succede poi che in primavera io inizio a collaborare con Federica per la nascita di Gusto Menta, e coincidenza anche lei nello stesso periodo lavora per la sua personale linea di stationery, Forage Paper Co. : senza saperlo, i nostri brands sono nati insieme, con la stessa passione!
Forage Paper Co. ha anche un blog, e una rubrica dove vengono presentati e intervistati diversi artisti provenienti da ogni angolo del mondo, e insomma, esserci non sapete quanto mi rende felice!!
Ringrazio tantissimo Christina per far conoscere il mio lavoro in America, e approfitto per dirvi che il nostro Gusto Menta, ideato e prodotto in Italia, è venduto in diversi negozi del nostro Paese, in Svizzera, e, appunto, in America!

Today I woke up happy! :)  

For several reasons, but one of them certainly was finding in my inbox an email from Christina, who said that my interview was online! :)I met Christina through Instagram: time ago I was tagged in a photo which was posted my illustration made with colored cards, and included with those of other talented artists, including her own. I started to follow her, and she followed me; it is amazing how the connections come with this simplicity and spontaneity! Ciao a tutti! Come state? Vi porto ancora una volta nel luogo in cui lavoro ogni giorno, al computer, disegnando a mano, o anche solo a dedicare un po' di tempo a me stessa tra montagne di carte di ogni genere... Ecco a voi il mio studio! ;)

My Craft Room {back to work!!!}

Diciamolo, il vero lavoro inizia adesso, cioè quando i bambini vanno a scuola! :-P
Perchè se poi loro prima stanno una settimana con il papà e io con il mio fidanzato, casualmente la mia adsl decide pure di non funzionare più O.O
Ma come vedete, dopo 15 lunghi giorni, finalmente torno a bloggare, pensare a nuovi post, fare una delle cose che mi piace di più in casa: cambiare la disposizione degli oggetti! ;)))

Let us say, the real work starts now, that is when the kids go to school! :-P 
Because then if  first they are a week with their dad and I with my boyfriend, casually my adsl well decide to work not more O.O 
But as you see, after 15 long days, finally I get back to blogging, thinking about new post, do one of the things I like most at home: change the arrangement of objects! ;)))

In realtà poi non è che sia cambiato molto, se non una cosa fondamentale: prima attaccavo i disegni degli altri... Adesso ci sono i miei :-P e tutto quello che io e Fede abbiamo prodotto per Gusto Menta!
E non mi sembra vero... 

Actually it's not that much has changed, except one fundamental thing: first on my wall were drawings of others... Now there are mine :-P and all that I and Fede we have produced for Gusto Menta! 
It doesn't seem real...

Oggi da me piove, queste foto le ho scattate i primi giorni di settembre... Mi sono voluta portare dietro ancora il calore del sole e il sapore dell'estate, perchè alla fine sabato eravamo ancora in spiaggia e citando Albert Camus 

"Nel bel mezzo dell'inverno ho infine imparato che vi era in me un'invincibile estate" 

(e grazie alla mia amica Valentina che mi ha fatto conoscere questa bellissima frase, pensando a me...)
Non è ancora proprio invincibile, la mia estate, ma diciamo che ci sto lavorando! ;)

Today is rainyy from me, these photos I've taken the first few days of September ... I wanted to bring back even the sun's heat and the taste of summer, because in the end we were still on the beach Saturday and quoting Albert Camus 
"In the midst of winter, I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer"
(and thanks to my friend Valentina, who introduced me to this beautiful phrase, thinking to myself ...) 
It not yet owns invincible, my summer, but let's say I'm working! ;)

Alcune di voi mi chiedono spesso come riesco a rendere funzionale e bello il mio spazio... La risposta è questa: provate, cambiate, spostate... Non abbiate paura! Mentre caricavo le foto di questo post, scorrevo quelle fatte negli scorsi anni... E sono terribili! :D
Ma questo è il bello, ho imparato provando e riprovando, mi sono circondata dei colori e delle cose che amo, e piano piano ho trovato il mio stile... 
E adesso non resta che iniziare...!! Buon lunedì a tutti! :)))

Some of you often ask me how I can make functional and beautiful my space... The answer is this: try, change, move... Don't be afraid! While loading the photo of this post, I watched those made in recent years... They are terrible! :D 
But that's the beauty, I learned by trial and error, I surrounded the colors and the things that I love, and slowly I found my style ... 
And now we just have to start...!! Happy Monday everyone! :)))

Ci siamo... E' il ancora il 31 agosto ma qui si riparte con più carica che mai!!
Oggi è online il grande progetto di cui vi ho parlato da diverso tempo, quello che ha tenuto me e Federica sveglie la notte, ore e ore al telefono, ore e ore al computer, ore e ore a pensare, valutare, perfezionare. Fede la conoscete, è sponsor del mio blog da diversi mesi e proprietaria di Decochic, un negozio online pieno di meraviglie per la casa, i party ed il craft per noi amanti dei colori pastello e del design vintage!
Voglio raccontarvi un po' di più: un giorno io e lei ci siamo incontrate, parlando ininterrottamente per ore, e abbiamo deciso di realizzare quello che per noi mancava in Italia, cioè dei prodotti di cartoleria e di decorazione per la cucina e la craft room.
Li abbiamo pensati, disegnati e fatti realizzare esattamente come se fossero prima di tutto per noi stesse: delle cose utili, e belle, che possano dare quel tocco in più di stile e personalità dove viviamo e lavoriamo!
Soprattutto, li abbiamo scritti in italiano (anche se verranno anche realizzati interamente in inglese), perchè siamo convinte della nostra identità, e fiere di far parte di quel design italiano di qualità per cui tanto siamo apprezzati all'estero, sì!
Abbiamo pensato a noi donne che lavoriamo in rete, a quello che può esserci utile per organizzare e pianificare il nostro lavoro online, e decorare il nostro spazio, sia un semplice angolo o una stanza.
Io andrei avanti a scrivere un sacco di altre parole, perchè ci abbiamo messo davvero tutte noi stesse, ma invece la smetto :-P, e vi invito semplicemente a scoprire e seguire

Here we are... It's yet the August 31 but here it starts with more charged than ever!! 
Today is online the great project of which I spoke for quite some time, the one that kept me awake at night and Federica, hours and hours on the phone, hours and hours on the computer, hours and hours to think, evaluate, refine. Fede you know, is a sponsor of my blog for several months and owns Decochic, an online store full of wonders for the house, the party and the craft for us lovers of pastel colors and vintage design! 
I want to tell you a little more: one day she and I we met, talking non-stop for hours, and we decided to create that was missing for us in Italy, that are stationery and decorative products for the kitchen and the craft room. 
We have thought, designed and realized them exactly as they were first of all for ourselves: the useful things, and beautiful, they can give that extra touch of style and personality, where we live and work!
Above all, we have written in italian (although they will also made entirely in english), because we are convinced of our identity, and proud to be a part of the Italian design quality for which we are much appreciated abroad, yes! 
We thought of us women who work in the web, to what can be useful to organize and plan our work online, and decorate our space, is a simple corner or a room. 
I would go on to write a lot of other words, because it took us really all the same, but instead I'll stop :-P, and I invite you to simply discover and follow
